Getting started is simple.
Schedule a free 20-minute consultation. We will talk about your dog, your household and your goals. From there, I set up your 4 session starter package and we book your first training dates.
After your starter package, we can add follow up coaching or day training if your dog needs more support.

PUPPY 101
For puppies up to 6 months of age
Training and conditioning should start the minute you bring your puppy home. We need to build good foundations with expectations before bad habits harden. Together we lay the groundwork for manners, confidence and calm behavior in your home and out in the world. I will also teach you simple enrichment and nutrition habits for a healthy, confident adult dog.
Common areas of focus include:
• Curbing puppy biting and mouthy play
• Chewing and learning what is fair game
• Handling for vet visits and grooming
• House training
• Polite greetings
• Introduction to leash, collar and harness
• Recall foundations
• Crate training, alone time and place cot training
• Safe socialization and confidence building for our human world

• Virtual discovery session to discuss your puppy’s genetics, household dynamics, environment and training goals
• Four one hour private in person or virtual sessions with simple homework and follow up
CANINE CHARM SCHOOL
For adolescent and adult dogs
Does your dog seem more like a four legged freeloader than a faithful companion? Are you coming home from work to find chaos and destruction or is your dog just a “spot” you walk and feed? If you are experiencing unwanted behaviors from your dog, either their physical and psychological needs are not being met, or there is a breakdown in communication.
After an in depth discovery session, we will get to the root of the behavior and build an individual training program that fits your dog’s needs and your life.
Common problems include:
• Inability to settle at home and in public
• Chaos with visitors, jumping and impolite greetings
• Reactivity on walks, leash pulling and lunging
• Door dashing and poor recall
• Poor house manners and house training

DAY TRAINING
Day training is available as a follow up option for clients who have completed a Puppy 101 or Canine Charm School package.
Let’s keep your training on track while you are busy. This service is available to existing clients as an add on to the Puppy 101 or Canine Charm School programs.
Let’s deepen your dog’s exposure to the world and boost your training and behavior goals with my day training services. This is essential for puppy development and perfect for days when you are busy. Your dog and I will go on real world adventures to different locations for obedience, exposure and enrichment. Examples of these places include dog friendly stores, metro parks or a structured walk on a nearby bike trail.
What is included
• One two hour day training session with your dog while you are at work or on the go
• Session feedback and simple homework instructions
