For puppies up to 6 months of age
Training and conditioning should start the minute you bring your puppy home. We need to build good foundations with expectations before bad habits harden. Together we lay the groundwork for manners, confidence and calm behavior in your home and out in the world. I will also teach you simple enrichment and nutrition habits for a healthy, confident adult dog.
Common areas of focus include:
• Curbing puppy biting and mouthy play
• Chewing and learning what is fair game
• Handling for vet visits and grooming
• House training
• Polite greetings
• Introduction to leash, collar and harness
• Recall foundations
• Crate training, alone time and place cot training
• Safe socialization and confidence building for our human world
What is included
• Virtual discovery session to discuss your puppy’s genetics, household dynamics, environment and training goals
• Four one hour private in person or virtual sessions with simple homework and follow up
